Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If your item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just email us at hello@willowandbloom.co.uk with your order number and weβll guide you through it.
Important Return Bits:
Youβll need to cover the return postage unless weβve made a mistake
Products must be sent back in resellable condition (aka no suds, no sniffs)
Once we receive your return, weβll process your refund within 5β7 working days β straight back to your original payment method

Place a new order for the one you really want
Canβt Return:
Any opened or used products (our bars are shy once unwrapped)
Freebies, samples, or gift sets
Items bought on sale or clearance (unless damaged)

Weβre so sorry if your order arrived less than perfect! Please send a photo + your order number to [hello@willowandbloom.co.uk] within 7 days of delivery and weβll sort it β refund or replacement, no fuss.
